During the Volunteer-a-Thon, League members coordinate simultaneous volunteer opportunities at multiple partner locations across the valley. The League has hosted Volunteer-a-Thon since 2017. As an organization that supports early childhood education and leadership development for women, we send our trained volunteers to lend a hand to organizations in need.
This year, 56 league volunteers dedicated 136 service hours across six locations in the Treasure Valley. Our 2019 Volunteer-a-Thon partners included Idaho Humane Society, Metro Meals on Wheels, Learning Lab Idaho, Zoo Boise, Interfaith Sanctuary, and Women’s and Children’s Alliance.
